Spring Street Loft

This project, located in little Italy in Manhattan, involved creating a work/live studio in an existing warehouse used for storage since the 1920‘s. The space had suffered fire damage, and had few amenities.) On a very limited budget, we built out the space with all new surfaces. With creative use of new and recycled materials, we turned a burned-out shell into a pristine and airy space.
