Briggs MacDonald Office of Design / bmod is a design practice that provides full service planning and design, interior design, furniture design and selection services for commercial and private sectors. We understand that the quality of design influences our lives, and affects the way we function in our daily living and work. We believe that good design is timeless, and should still remain current years later. Our desire is to produce a space adaptable to the individual character and needs of the client, and demands of the site, while providing a sense of clarity and beauty. We look at every project as a unique set of challenges; the solution is rarely the same. The projects range from historical to modern and contemporary. We use natural, sustainable materials whenever possible. We believe that proper planning allows the client to explore options prior to construction, eliminating costly changes in construction. The projects are a collaborative process, between the client, consultants, builders, and fabricators.
