This project involves ground up construction of a photo studio for two photographers. The building is sandwiched between existing commercial and residential structures on the same block. An important requirement was that the structure be built on a relatively low budget. The building was laid out on a 4-foot module for ease of construction, thus helping to keep construction costs down. Many of the exterior materials are exposed to the interior. The use of glass was used to integrate the outdoors with the indoors.
